Putting aside all the horror of everyone that was laid off or forced to quit, does anyone know anything about bonuses? My boss said if we get one, and that's a very hard if, it will probably be all stock, which means it won't vest for years. And of course it's garbage stock! He also said higher ups got bonuses in December, most likely to retain them. Fuck this place if this is true.

At Fiserv, bonus is the least of your concerns. They pretend to care about their people. Hah! I was putting in over 50 hrs a week. This was expected. They will cut your throat 1st chance they get. Frank is a selfish pr--k who thinks he's Jeff Bezos.
I got my numbers today. Usual bu-----t is 2% (actually 1.666%) increase and a bu-----t bonus that'll amount to nothing after taxes.
I'm a top performer on my team. "exceeds many" on every review I've gotten. Really getting tired of feeling unappreciated.
I got my bonus. The coupon for the monthly jelly club arrived via fedex yesterday.
I did not get a bonus, but I did get a 'market adjustment increase' out of the blue. I'll take whatever I can get.
I know multiple higher ups that received retention bonuses in December, so that part is true.
Heck, if will b happy if I get a 2% raise since I wad on FMLA.
They seldom speak if this..,private conversations only…they can do market adjustment payments at any time and do so….
Fiserv does not value what most of us do to warrant a bonus.
I’ve been with Fiserv 25 years and I’ve Never have received a bonus.
