I work at IBM, and I have not seen any information on whether or not anyone at IBM has been terminated because of IBM vaccine mandate. So, I am just curious to find out if IBM is following through on this or not.

Isn't it kinda odd that IBM has been in radio silence about this? All the deadlines have come and gone. I guess they were just idle threats after all, designed to intimidate us into submission.
No, just can’t go in the office
And who really wants to go into the office anyway?
Yeah fire that dushbag
Your fired

not true, I know a few in Austin that were let go, a few others are required to work from home and never go to the office
Sure there have been some terminations, but of the self-termination variety.
Like dead.
Some people never learn.
No terminations so far based on the vax status.
They are waiting to see how things will develop, probably spring.
Both my wife and I work for IBM - I am double vaxxed for 5 months, not boosted yet although were just about to do so - my wife did not get vaccinated. We caught Omicron-flavoured Covid in the lead-up to Christmas and it wiped us out each for 2-3 days each, with a combination of fatigue, aches, fever, and violent coughing. Certainly worse than any cold or flu we've had up until that point.
I still have a pretty nasty cough and a throat inflammation.
Aren't anecdotes fun?
