I don’t understand how Honeywell can continue to enforce the Federal Contractor Vaccine Mandate. The courts put it on hold till it is fully adjudicated in the courts. I have a religious exemption from the company and last Friday an email came out changing the the rules cbut they continued to state this was due to the mandate….not because it was simply company policy. Isn’t this unlawful what they are doing ?

You have 2 choices:
- Get the vaccine and you can continue to work here.
- Don't and you can't.
I chose the latter.

I think people complaining about covid related stuff are of 2 groups:
First group wants a confrontation based on political beliefs, so “you want me to wear a mask (n95 or above rating) well I refuse even if it’s to stop small metal particle in my work environment to get in my lungs, it’s my rigth to injure myself then sue because nothing was done to prevent “ or “I will record my HR rep”… basically you’re showing you could one day come at hon saying my constitutional rights allow me to come to work with a M60 machine g-n… that’s a bit insane, but I had that experience in texas. We canned the guy btw…and texas let it happen.
That’s politics and has nothing to do with work.
Second are people who are afraid despite the vaccine being safe, have a golden health insurance and are willing to get bills of 15k a day for the icu …
For those it’s very easy to avoid issue by providing the copy of your cdc. Where you got the card is irrelevant… -web or whatever-
Word is many offices have used this trick under the hidden guidance of new VPs hired during covid and coming from outside HON.

Cases are not hospitalizations.
90% of hospitalizations are unvaxed.
At this point, insurances should not cover covid hospitalization costs for unvaxed period. And hospitals should have the right to deny them care unless the patient can get financing.
Trouble is the purebloods are now also paying for the all the adverse hospitalizations and de@ths from the jabs. Not to mention that 80% of all Omicron cases are among the double and triple jabbed.

Your angst is misplaced though. Very effective therapeutics are being withheld which have been demonstrated to turn cases around rapidly and would greatly reduce treatment cost and duration.
I know of two unvaccinated employees who were in the hospital for more than a month with COVID and barely made it out. What do you think that cost the company? 250K, 500K per person? That sh*t ain't cheap. How much is our health insurance going to go up because of these mo--ns?
I personally wouldn't mind that you remain unvaccinated if you'd sign a waiver stating that the company health insurance wouldn't cover you for any COVID related expenses.

It's up to you if you get the vaccine or not. If you refuse and are terminated, keep ALL documentation related to your termination. The truth is coming out regarding this "pandemic", the vaccines, etc. The courts will eventually rule these mandates as unconstitutional. It will happen sooner rather than later. Project Veritas press releases this week are blowing the lid off the entire COVID-19 narrative. This isn't conspiracy theorist nonsense. This is hard, documented evidence - most of it in the form of US government reports & memos. It is very damaging evidence against the CDC, the NIH, proof that Fauci lied about the origins of this virus, proof of gain-of-function origination, proof of suppression of common curative medicines, etc. Yes, politicians are stupid. Yes, all this was actually put in writing in official government reports. Yes, Project Veritas now has their hands on all this data and is releasing it to the public.
This will turn the tide of public opinion. The courts will follow suit. The mandates will be struck down.
When that happens, hire a lawyer and sue Honeywell. Punch them in the financial nuts. Every employee who has been laid off from any company because of the vaccine mandate should do the same. Once the tide turns, public opinion will become outrage. You'll have an easy victory (Honeywell will settle).
States can block government mandates. I don't think they want to go prying into what policies businesses set for themselves. They don't want to lose every business.
A business can make wearing masks or getting vaccinated "conditions of employment."

They are waiting on the courts to rule to avoid lawsuits and that is why they pushed the testing deadline out to February.
Regardless of the Fed Mandate, which probably won't stand, companies will probably have the choice. Except for those states that have blocked mandates.
