I know we've gone over this... Any news on return to office? I loathe the week by week piecemeal of information. Also NO it doesn't mean people are easy if they don't want to return. The bank's numbers and productivity rate reflect this. Most people are working more, harder at home. It is the goal to work smarter and working from home ir doing your own thing used to be the norm in this country. Read some history.

Call employee relations. Bank now has to adhere to local state laws. Illinois, TN several states now have “no to vaccine mandate” law. If not allowed to RTO as unvaccinated it’s discriminatory. https://www.shrm.org/resourcesandtools/legal-and-compliance/state-and-local-updates/pages/tennessee-law-restricts-workplace-vaccine-requirements.aspx
company wide email just went out - work remotely until further notice
I’m not returning, I’ll be WFH and if they don’t like it they can fire me. I won’t catch Covid just because the bank is being inflexible.
I got mine about midday. Says you will receive a direct communicating notifying you when it's time to RTO.
Just received an email directing me to work from home until further notice.
RTO will be delayed. Announcement to come tomorrow.
RTO will happen. I received some notice saying that while my date to RTO (Jan. 12) occurred during these temporary weekly WFH notices, as of my RTO date I am officially an “in office employee” and will be expected to RTO with others who have already RTO immediately following these temporary measures.
Unfortunately, Bank of America will be emboldened by the likes of Citi. You’ll eventually need to report vaccine status in order to RTO or be terminated.
One of my friend mentioned that his manager updated in their team meeting that it will be postponed again. But this time, it is going to be for longer duration unlike last 2 weeks
