Since RSU awarded in late Nov 2021, the stock price is up $12/sh. CEO is up $2.5M, 3-SVPs in Dallas up $1.5 M and Functional Presidents up over $1. 0M. All the rest of you that do not get RSU and getting 2% raises are quitting and that saves money and drives the stock up further. Rising interest rates are starting to drive people to retire before age 60 with discounted pension. Plus EBU payouts restart shortly. Seems like a good plan for several thousand executives. Executive compensation is up double digits, plus value of vested shares is way up since lows a few months ago. If you would work a little harder, you to could get to executive level.
