Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Aditya's email clearly highlight lack of diversity...

Anyone see those about outs and pictures...it's embarrassing to show that many photos that all are 90-95% Indian. Does diversity mean anyone but white?

I know this may sound wrong in itself and is a sensitive topic, but every week it's the same thing. Is either the bank is all Indian or no one else is getting a shout out.

Literally something wrong with this picture.

"I haven’t read an Aditya email in over six months. Straight to trash."

This is the only answer.

Diversity means a good blend of straight, g-y, blacks, pedos, tranXs, Latinos, rapists, whites, and violent re--rds.

Well diversity means a good blend of all backgrounds and cultures. An ideal example for a five member team: Black, White, Asian, Latinx, Indian with an even male/female ratio. As OP pointed that the perception is this is no longer the case when 80% of the team is the same race and gender. Same rule applies when you consider all other diversity aspects (religion, gender orientation, etc.)

That particular team that implemented the solution is based out of India , so why would you expect anyone else if the team is not setup across countries ?
