I believe the silent majority doesn’t have much of a voice on this site so I will say that I am Fiserv proud to work here. I find the company is not perfect but I’ve been around long enough to tell you no company is. For those who believe that exist I believe you will be sadly disappointed.

The majority are the people who have left. This is nuts for anyone to come on here and defend this god awful company. Frank is the spoiled brat who was given a titanic and has no idea how to guide it other than to ram it into an iceberg. Thats a damn fact. Anyone who has seen him on camera knows this. Hes passive, and so far from an alpha its not even close. Nobody could ever be excited to follow his sorry a-s anywhere.
That is because the people happy with their job and Fiserv do their job and go about their lives. Those that aren't happy come on sites like this. Misery loves company.
Layoffs or just leaving are good comments. My entire department has left on it's own over time. Good people too, not as the FD shills paint OFS staff. They left because the merger atmosphere was and is toxic as he-l so better jobs, better pay and less micro-management. Sapience too.
Why are you on this site let alone posting this? Can you read the title of the site? Do you know it’s purpose?
This page is literally called “ Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs”. So if you aren’t being laid off, why are you here? You’re opinion amongst those of us being laid off means nothing. You trolls are desperate to change the tone, arent you?
And the goal setting was a stupid waste of time that no one cared about....majority is silent because they are interviewing for new jobs
Eh, to be young, inexperienced and ignorant can be a wonderful thing. Life has a funny way of taking that smile off your face. I will be gone in weeks....
