This is a job hunters market. These are WFH jobs. Replacing you won’t be hard. And you finding another job in healthcare without a vaccination will be harder. You aren’t special. Good luck.

I am guessing none of you realize that the ruling was that the government cannot force companies to require vaccinations, but companies remain able to require them if they so choose?

Hard to believe that companies did not see this coming. Most knew it was a violation of human rights. What were they thinking?

Unless they were throwing so much $$ at these corrupt politicians and had false confidence that the the mandate will go through.

UHC used the OSHA mandate as a basis for requiring vaccinations. And they did let many many people go. In my department, there is a strict rule against mentioning anything about vaccinations or mandates when talking about attrition. My questions is, will they reverse their policy now that OSHA's mandate will certainly be removed?
