Why do you think they are pressing for booster info from employees in mails and meetings? That is who was asked back.

@1tee+1eMQLAKV Are you saying your coworkers will actually be going in next week! Or was that when they were originally told to go in? I was told the 19th and now I received the work from home until further notice email.

@bav+1eMQLAKV I received the email to remain WFH and not RTO until I told to do so. While others at my work location were told to return the week of the 17th... Seems new criteria to select who comes back. This back and forth is un-nerving.

@1lhe+1eMQLAKV

You're scientifically and politically wrong (because what the politicians have been saying isn't scientific).

We have antivaxxers who have worked from home while their family passes covid to each other repeatedly. The vaccinated are told to RTO to find the office pretty much empty. It's like bizzaro world. This virus would be over already but no. I hope the bank enforces vaccination otherwise we'll just keep going in circles.

Are employees being forced to get a booster shot prior to being “invited” to RTO? How will this play out?

@zge+1eMQLAKV Citi is moving forward with theirs and others will as well.

No way anyone who didn’t want the first two shots is going to be stupid enough to get a third shot. These people are insane with the anxiety they’ve caused.

I’ll be WFH from now on.

Well if BoA or any company mandates vaccine, they will also be liable for any injury sustained from having to take shots. So my guess is the drop it fast and pray that no one has bad side effects from the first two shots. What a horrible world we live in.

If I told someone to get the vaccine, I’d be really nervous right now about someone getting bad side effects.

B of A can establish their own mandate. Today's ruling doesn't effect Private Business policies.

Received HR email that I am to remain WFH for week of the 17th-Jan. Anyone receiving anything different?

The ruling doesn't stop publicly traded or private companies from enforcing their own mandate, which BofA has.

Question does that even effect us? Are we not considered a contractor in theory to the federal government under the FDIC? Or are we considered private in this ruling?

Doesn't matter. Get the jab or get axxed... its a way to lower expenses and they will follow Citi's lead..
