I have been at fiserv a long time and worked at many other companies in my career. I have never ever seen morale this bad in a company and I think the effects from so many seniors leaving has yet to be felt. Its coming... The only question is: will Fiserv survive? I imagine they will or frank may simply cut up the company and sell off different parts. He cooking the books with all these layoffs, so people better wake up and be prepared.

The Columbus Christmas party was legendary. The theme was “Tag you’re it”….and there was enjoyable “tagging” (wink…wink)

This part of the post is what so many don’t realize…He cooking the books with all these layoffs. 100. He used all that M&I money for all kinds of $*it that had zero to do with the merger. Including those severance packages. M&I ended 12/31. Why you think all those packages had to be done by then.
