Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Us bank culture is very toxic. Every man for himself here

Excecutives don’t care about employees, they change their words and promises. If something doesn’t go right under their leadership, they will blame and employees and Eliminate their position. Andy Cecere is a cancer to this company, he is slowly ki----g us bank from inside.

Ever since I was moved to a new team it's been he-l. Definitely do not care about their employees in this group. Been with the company 12 years never had a problem until about 2 years ago. Now I feel like every day will be my last. Not a great feeling to have every day going into work. I asked if I could be moved since you know they move people when they see fit but of course was told that "we dont do that" really??? How do you think I ended up on the team I am on now?? Cause you guys moved me (and others) when you wanted to but ok whatever. Smh

My direct manager group all started under Mercantile in the late 70s early 80s. All ladies, and straight up 80s work mentality. It sucks.

Most non-collaborative work environment I've ever experienced. Management is a miserable bunch of old hacks with no evidence of any actual job skills or people skills. They've never had a creative moment in their lives. Front line employees mostly quietly suffer, searching for the very first opportunity to leave.

The Hunger Games movie series could have been filmed in any of the bank's operations centers or on any floor of the headquarters at 800 Nicollette Mall
