Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

When are merit increases?

I've been in technical sales over a year now and I've never gotten a "bonus" I hear others talk about. When do merit increases happen? Q1? March?

@5vgy+1ePBEgpF GO! We don't want you. You get paid a salary to do your job and you are excepted to do the best you can. No bonuses, stop being such a baby!

": @2iav+1ePBEgpF one else can handle my work load." You got to be kidding! If your work load is so high its your fault not the companies. Also anyone that ever said those words are useless pricks

Inflation 7%+ and your raises will be 2-3%.
That means pay cuts of 5%+.

Sales doesn't get bonus payout since you are on commission.

I bet you can ask a coworker, HR a manager or the companies internal website.

Not sure why you ask such a stupid question to a layoff site.
