I've been in technical sales over a year now and I've never gotten a "bonus" I hear others talk about. When do merit increases happen? Q1? March?

I better get my bonus. I work hard and no one else can handle my work load.
Inflation 7%+ and your raises will be 2-3%.
That means pay cuts of 5%+.
Sales doesn't get bonus payout since you are on commission.
