Having constant layoffs and having to navigate through this toxic culture takes a major toll on our mental health. Even if you are "lucky" to survive the layoffs you still have to deal with survivor's guilt and continue stressing over the next round. It's never-ending. How we're able to function at all is a mystery.

You are a total douchebag. People stay because its a paycheck and move on when viable. MANY people are looking to leave, and Ill be gone in weeks. The best thing people can do is sit tight, collect their pay checks and move on at a time and place of their choosing. THAT is what smart people do. Nothing at all wrong with bi-----g about it.
What guilt.. I envy the laid off.. IF they got a package and qualify for unemployment.. Would take that in a heartbeat. leaving shortly anyhow. Yes exhausted, stressed tired of lying to customers and prospects.
@bkz+1ePI1LAk tl;dr hmmm… I didn’t know you used reddit frank
How dare you question senior management. They are smart, correctly paid people! If they wanted you to succeed then they would have staffed your team properly. They want quality to fall. They want outages. If you stay late or put forth extra effort then you are interfering with senior management's big plan. They get paid so much money that they are clearly smarter than you. They are playing 9-D chess and you are playing in the mud. Put in your 40 and go home. You are supposed to fail.
TL;DR My engorged salary is larger than yours.
Fiserv is a joke... This company reflects leadership. Frank is just cooking the books with layoffs and mandates. He won’t be around long. Most overpaid CEO I’ve seen that brings NO value.
