How does more reorg give us opportunity?

To the OP - this is perhaps the d-mbest question I have ever seen on here. If there is never any movement (reorg) at all then you will definitely be limited by the opportunities in your current role for eternity. Movement to a new role gives some people an “opportunity” to learn some different s__t.
Haven’t heard anything about a reorg
Gives more opportunity for leadership to pad their bank accounts.
