The worst performers and laziest ones are offered management roles and the best performers are labeled as expensive, PIPed, laid off, ore made to leave on their own. It was never before like that at EM. I understand that these practices may benefit someone from the management short term, but I cannot even think what the company is going to look like in the future if this doesn’t stop.
