The minute the order to come back to the office is announced, members of the EC and their minions should be required to take the NYC subway or Path trains to work along with everyone else.
Earliest would be March 1 based on the 30 advance notice
Another one to two weeks for it to hit peak nationwide, then maybe a month for it to come down, better ideas probably April 1

No. But the cooties will pretty much be gone in a few weeks so it will probably be march 1st.
N for mandatory but will encourage people to come in if the would like to.
