I hope TL’s start rotating. TL for morning merchandising in my club is annoying.

All schedules need to rotate, it’s definitely divided the club.
So the “seniority” thing is out the door now?

It would be a good idea to have them switch for a month so both can stop crying about how little the other one does.
i hope not.. our pm leads are a joke.. cant lead and dont know what they are doing...
Most retailers have Leads work at least one night a week.
PM Merch TL here, I haven't heard anything about this.
