I don't think that even a raise would stop many people from leaving. Years of bad decision making have led to the challenges we are facing today. People are leaving and I simply don't know how this company will replace all those people who are leaving? It is sad to see this company sinking so rapidly.

Keeping my 5 weeks of vac, 6,% 401k, 97k a year and a rock solid utility co.....now give me 30k more for about same work and I will think about it

Unionites will never leave. They will cling to their entitlements until they are given the boot in 2023.
