Keep your focus on Annandale, there is a plan , this high cost location in the crosshairs. Really no one left to do any research, here. Many Researchers and Department Heads, lab technicians have left. Place is doomed. Most of the “Talent” has left. House of Yeung is hiring. Kool-aid in the atrium…..management lies…be well
April 1 is the day? Interesting... Coincidence or not that's the date the new organisation in Procurement will go live. Announcement expected next week by the VP. Question is how the cooking will be... Rare, medium or well done... 😀

I don't understand what Swarup wants to consolidate. Most relevant technical people with the experience to get things done are already gone. The very few ones that are left, at least here in Clinton, are looking for another job since they know they will be cut next. There is almost nobody left in research. All of ExxonMobil's technical expertise is basically gone. What does he want to consolidate? A bunch of guys that are already looking to leave the company? I just don't get it. I am looking forward to retire very soon. I've had it with this guy and the new culture of losing. Just tired.
It’s being held at VP and up level but every whisper I hear is unsettling, lots of consolidation in research, technology and supply chain
