Does it get paid out if you are laid off near the end of the year?

Are the FTS folks getting bonuses this year? They were paid out the last of January last year and nothing has been communicated about bonuses so far.

Depends. There have been cases where prorated bonuses were part of the deal but there have also been cases when not. Policy says you must be employed as of a certain date to earn any bonus at all but in cases of large RIF events exceptions have been made. Bottom line:?don’t count on it.
