Does anyone know if USB pays out unused sick time and unused vacation time if you resign? I would try to search online at work; however when you have a boss that is so insecure that they track everything that you do at work it’s hard kinda hard to even look at HR link.

We have also been reminded that our keystrokes are being monitored and they know who is actually working….I’m in sales of all things ….should I just mindlessly tap on the keyboard when on the phone with a customer?
PTO payout depends on the State and is not a Federal Labor Law. If you cannot find it in the employee handbook, you may need to contact HR, which sucks through the new online system. Be sure to burn up all your sick time plus extra COVID time before leaving.
You will only get unused vacation that has been earned. If you are allocated 120 hours a year, then you earn 10 hours each month. If you were to resign in February you'd get paid out for 10 hours, assuming no vacation was taken at all. If you took more than 10 hours, then you'd have to pay back any excess hours. I think you can login to Workday to review your earned balances. Make sure your manager is aware of any floating holidays you have accrued, but did not spend yet. You should get compensated for those too.
Sick time is not paid out, as far as I know. Take it before you resign!
