It’s the bitter truth and it always surprises me when someone doesn't realize it. It doesn't matter to this company how loyal you are, how hard you work, how much effort you put in and do a great job.
They will replace you in an instant. What else is needed for everyone to understand that?

Of course everyone is replaceable. You can work for the best company in the world but you are still replaceable. Its usually the people that think they are not replaceable that are the most replaceable. LOL
