EM could have issued that Russia LNG Tender 4+ years ago. EM Management takes so long to make a decision that their decision are timed wrong.
EM Management waited so long to decide to build Golden Pass LNG import terminal that the USA was exporting LNG by the time it was finished. Then EM Management waited so long to decide to convert the LNG import terminal into an LNG export terminal that the USA might run out of gas and be importing LNG again by the time the conversion is complete.
Let’s go. University-1 all over again.
If this is a new project, better commit reeeeeeeally quick, cause once Putin moves his troops, Uncle Sam will further sanction all things Russian.
