How to get W2 if quit and moved

I left the company last year and moved. Unfortunately my mail forwarding has expired from my old address. How do we retrieve our XOM W2s online? My experience with the company's support after leaving is the same as it was when I worked there. Net-zero.

I called the benefits line and they said they are mailing them January 31 - last day before receiving fines :) so should be in the mail first week in feb

Don’t they get fined after January 31 for not providing one. https://smallbusiness.chron.com/penalties-employers-late-w2s-22027.html

I emailed US payroll and no answer . This company continues to suck even after leaving .

Call the number on your old Exxon paystub. They helped me

I’d reach out to your former manager / someone you left with on good/decent terms with and ask if they can help get a contact or initiate a ticket. You’re likely to get help quicker that way I imagine.

If you want to really get an answer, although more likely negative, tag them on LI or Twitter.

Send an email to us.payroll.tax@exxonmobil.com. Intranet page says they will action W2 requests in Feb.

Update from OP: I tried www.exxonmobil.com/benefits and couldn't find anything useful. I submitted the W-2 question through the contact us section. Will see how long it takes for an undertrained, underpaid, mistreated, and bitter employee from Argentina to reply.
