HR is the worst

I am very disappointed and it seems the only solution is to leave NY Mellon. Does HR do anything for employees here?

Never forget who HR is hired by. Works for and whose paychecks are signed by.
They will only attempt to make an ill fated attempt of an illusion, hoping they have tricked you into thinking they are in your corner. It is a mirage my friends. They are always in the companies corner.
