I was supposed to get holdover money on 1/15 but didn’t. Was told it they froze all payments and that it would all be deposited on 1/30. We shall see. I have it all in writing, plus a signature. I abided by their terms. My attorney is on standby.

Yeah, one of the Fiserv "tricks" is to get people to quit so they don't have to pay severance (or unemployment).
aware of a few that received a package when RIF'ed. Know of no one who has received a package and a sept date. My 2 cents.. the end is near message was pushed out early to panic as many as possible into leaving early without having to guarantee one cent. From my BU it exceeded expectation so much so seeing a pumping breaks..
