Hearing Forum is virtual again this year. Interesting our clients want us back in the office however our leadership has no problem hiding behind COVID when convenient. Frank and team are afraid to confront client c-suite execs outside of scripted events. Secondary is yes saving bonus money for Fiserv senior execs.

Forum will be remote and broken up by segments.
At this point who cares…pushing employees out the door/morale in the tank..and on the electronic boards quit saying thank you…comes across as false narrative. And will it be announced that everyone can wfh two days a week and will it be for all that are not in production facilities? It has to be for all it none
Forum in the early days was great. Oh the time the employee broke a clients arm accidentally on a stairway. Or the time the company got a prospects daughter almost fired from being a Venetian gondola driver. That was just the minor stuff too...
If Fiserv Forum was in person, then Fiserv employees wouldn't be at the office. They would be at the Forum instead. Therefore clients really want to see Fiserv employees in the office so much, that they will sacrifice by having Fiserv Forum virtually.
