Oops, never mind!

OSHA’s unnecessary rule rescinded.

Oops, just kidding.

But thank you for lining up for your shots. The system thanks you.

Hopefully Ford will also require optimal body fat %, no smoking, excellent physical fitness scores, and weekly dr-g tests too, because our hurt-care system is overwhelmed by the unhealthy . . .

I'm one of those who refuse to report a status, the FAQ says that we will be treated as "not fully vaxxed". I was informed, in writing, that if I don't report that I've gotten all the shots or gotten an approved accommodation/exemption in time that there would be indefinitely long unpaid leave with "30 days job protection" some time after Feb 11 and that each person will be notified individually by HR and not through standard mgmt channels.

I don't actually don't expect immediate dismissals since HR would much rather us quit of our own accord. If you quit you can't sue later for an unfair termination and doesn't have the same bad PR as firing people for insisting on personal privacy in health matters.

The answer is simple. The UAW will simply go on strike if they were required to get vaxed and it would shut the whole company down. The salaries are not unionized, so they have no leverage.

I heard those who did not or refused to answer the question about vaccination have been told as of 2/11 you no longer have a job. So, if the hourly people were not mandated and they have to be Onsight to build vehicles then why are they not forced to vaccinate? Most of the salaried will be working from home and most likely will never come into the office because they work remote. Sounds like discrimination to me! Call that Law Firm in Royal Oak.
