Hahaha....licensing has always been a mess at Cisco. LRing the group will do nothing but make it worse.
One trick Cisco is doing with licensing. Even if the hardware product takes 6 months to ship, they are starting the clock on the license right away and not waiting until product is claimed in Smart portal. Customers are wasting 6 months of their subscription waiting for hardware. Only a few customers are noticing the dates, but when they do they aren't too happy. Checkout Cat. 8K, 9K, UCS Intersight, etc.

Well they can’t use RTP that’s shutting down, but hopefully they have Business Architecture skills…
