Raises and bonus awards are decided on and entered months before your review discussion. So the review with your manager is just a check the box exercise.

M/M and got nothing since I got ranked lower than my coworkers and according to my manager, they have to give certain rankings to everyone even if everyone did really well. This place is completely f cking a$$ backwards.

So you actually got a 5.5% decrease in salary. Can’t wait to hear what my increase is, I will make my dissatisfaction known if it’s not 7%, and will be leaving.

I got nothing in increase and an insulting bonus. I am ticked. My manager and his manager are trying to do damage control because mostly everyone in our group got the, similar or nothing and there will be a massive exodus.

F*ck this place. I’m done.
