KLTC attrition

Wave of attrition happening right now.
Mostly 2-3 years of experience, with exceptional track record. I wonder how they’re going to sustain the TMTS role out with declining of experienced engineer from attrition and oversea assignment.

The sustainability plan is just hire more entry level, low cost employees to replace the ones that move on. The goal has never been to develop these folks with a few exceptions.

Management knows they can get 200 applicants for each person they need to replace.

They will make up in quantity to replace quantity.

Remember that a BTC or KLTC engineer makes +20 times less than North America or Europe. I’m guessing the prospects from these regions understand how under paid they are but will do anything to get the experience before moving on.

They were hiring top graduates from local and western universities...they were creme de la creme of their peers...what did you expect after few years if they are still doing entry level job? I am not surprised with the attrition...

Bwahahaaa management assumed we're a bunch of robots or doggies who will always be there and always control to do their bidding. Turning out to be a poor assumption.

Everyone but management in houston / falls recognizes what a slimy and exploitive organization this has become.
