How long has the RSU scheme been 160 / 200 shares? Considering inflation and our poor stock performance do they ever bump up the number of shares awarded? How many years has it remained at 160 / 200 shares?

Go manage stupid yes men and attend frivolous meetings.
Inflation shouldn’t impact anything, since inflationary pressures would be seen in the stock price itself.
And the stock, at least right now, is performing reasonably well.
But to answer your question, the current tiers have been in place for ages. Come on, you know EM doesn’t change anything!
