How is the RTO or GTFO, great resignation, vaxx layoffs general layoffs outsourcing, and resignations impacting you/your area?

I’m not vaccinated and haven’t been fired, they accepted my exemption (not sure why),
I also work remote. I think they pick and choose who they want to keep.
i was fired for not being vaccinated on January 4th I was told no exceptions unless you had an exemption the statement above leads me to believe not all were fired that is discrimination
At the time I left, my business unit/team/org/whatever you want to call it had lost close to half of our developers and technical support staff. I felt really bad leaving because I liked my team and my manager and did not want to put them in a worse situation, but the low morale, and most importantly the looming specter of RTO, ultimately pushed me away. I still really miss my team and I think about coming back, but I just don't want to work for Frank and the upper management team at Fiserv anymore. I hate the way they treated us and I know we deserve better.
Morale is in the toilet. My BU is cards and we have been greatly impacted by the great return....to Jersey!
Shut down our office. Lost 3/4s of our staff. Manager is leaving. Devs leaving.

I left awhile ago. I was working a large number of hours (lots of evenings and weekends) and I didn't see any end in sight. I already had the vax, so that was no big deal. I had been WFH for years and the forced WFW edict coupled with the hours I was working really tipped the scales. I also had no interest in relocating, which may or may not have become a requirement. I miss working with a lot of folks there and I wish those remaining nothing but the best.
Devastating. We've lost half out team. I'll be leaving soon.
It’s like the unspeakable…no one says anything out loud on team meeting calls. Maybe once we RTO there will be discussion about all this. Talking points like never before. Associate trust is waning big time! (Yea right)
Yes, we lost 2 people and it feels like everything is crumbling before our eyes. Senior leaders don't care, but clients do! This is bad and I know more people are leaving soon. I wish I didn't get the vax! I have daily headaches now - sc--w you fisevr
All unvaccinated got the 'special exception'.
The people who left were verified astronauts who did not trust Fiserv about astronaut job security.
Agile teams are nice as small now. Lose one person and the whole team will collapse.
