This alpha bonus may as well be the fundamental cause of dissolutioned executives believing all things are well at IBM. There are no consequences for their bad performance and inactions, but instead, they are commended with a treat. Even dogs cannot learn any disciplines when they are trained this way.

This is true. They got from 7% - 12% of Targeted Yearly Income. Total smash and grab you will hear absolutely nothing about. Irreprehensibly unconscionable! So I will continue to do absolute bare minimum if anything. Until I find something better or get a separation package.

Bonuses have been gone at IBM for 2+ years now. They won't ever come back. You want a bonus you need to be an exec.
To my fellow IBMers at the bottom, there is no reason to work like crazy. I just do the minimum. Get yourself a side job.
