Rate your manager in the 9-block

Happy HPD season! What block would you put your manager in? I’ll go first - 8. And I’m being generous on behaviors.

Managers have a 9 block rating just like all employees. Their goal are set by directors, and what the employees think doesn't factor much into it. What matters is if they get their goals done and meet metrics. Behaviors are basically good if the director doesn't have to be bothered in conflict management.

If you don't like your manager, the best feedback you as a team can give is work 8 hours and go home. Get the entire department to join in, and the director is gone.

5 on the 9-block. But, we can't forget there needs to be secret ratings for them that they can't know about, just like with the rank and file contributors.

Signature block dilemma; Just use the insert feature on your signature block to; "he / him" on MWF, then "she / her" on TTS, and "non-binary" on Sunday.

To me some are OK but they have no guts and follow the Honeywell way so 8 also here. But another big thing is tired of seeing in their emails about pronouns I'm sorry keep that cr-p out the work place they being to political. But if we say anything political or speak up about their emails or networks they have for groups?? we get put on PIP or 9 block.
