For this to be relevant information, you would need to post your YEE (or age) and not years with company.
But following the trend for consistency, CL27, 12-13 years with company, ~$215k
CL24, 4 years, 143k
CL 25, YEE 9, no RSU, $173k after 8% raise
CL27 15 yrs 160k
You consider this brave? I applaud your use of clickbait. See, even I fell for it.

"We've always been at war with Eastasia..."
Salary curves are tied to YEE (Age minus-18)...not service/years with company; Better to quote YEE or age than how many years service you have.
Clownish in which way? High or low? Confused... the posts here seem reasonable to me.
Most of these responses, as you'd expect from the question, are cl0wnish.
OP is a repetitive bozo on this board.
Likely only knows EM from an occasional stop at the pump.
CL27, 31 years, $328k per year. But I am a ‘month on / month off ‘ rotator (Upstream) so my salary is for 6 months of work per year. No RSU.
Certainly alot of "stones" in this thread.
Tumbling dice B plus S style.
I'm in Futures trading and we don't really have these CL levels/salary set up.
Mainly monthly commission.
50k is a good month.

@hqk+1eaFq8yi CL26 (top 5%) receive RSU.....
CL 30 and above receive RSUs equivalent to their annual salary. The cash bonus is on top of that. They mint money for these sycophants, this is why they lie to us all about everything. They are made men and women and are beholding to the senior leadership. Executives are corrupt and not to be trusted.
