UHG = always understaffed, always overworked, always micromanaged, always yelled at. I'm yet to find one employee who had the option to leave and didn't take it. The rest of us are just waiting for our opportunity to present itself. Nobody in their right mind wants to work in a horrible environment such as this.

That wasn’t my experience at all— it is a huge company and hard to assess the entire organization based on the functioning of a single department under a single devision/subsidiary.
Manager makes all the difference— I had a wonderful boss, oversight and help when needed but not micromanage… then my second one😬 not so much.
Just read something where Sahana Saran took credit for ACO Performance over 4.5 STAR. Please, that woman did nothing but fly from city to city to hear herself talk. Teams worked to death, belittled, harassed. What an incompetent mo--n. There’s a special place in h**l for women who don’t help other women.
As soon as I can find a new position, I'm gone!
