December and January have often been layoff months in the past, what are the chances we're having another major round sometime in that period?

No layoffs for worthless BAs in UK. DM have spoken
80% to be LR'ed slowly over the next 9 months.
@byx+1eaZGHqI @syy+1eaZGHqI The working assumption was 20% of the US workforce. The big challenge will be that, even if they are on unpaid LoA, they will still be on the books as a cost for up to 12 months. Given the existing OPEX challenges, I would not bet against an LR around the half-year for those that are still working.
Please do not make things up, small tweak happens all the time, but there is no major layoff
"900 people got LR'ed via Webex, call just took only 3 minutes. All I heard was: "If you're on this call, you are part of the unlucky group that is being LR'ed effective immediately."
When did Cisco acquire Better.com

hearing whispers more like 30% that haven't filled a card in Workday
Doubt it - there is a decent percentage of employees that might be disappearing come early January due to the vaccine requirement. It's not 10% like they are telling us, it's well above this amount.
I'm asking specifically about MAJOR rounds.
