Writing on wall how inept company was with TMobile disaster. That line move may have cost Shareholders north of $100B easy. Cash, Spectrum, Replacing Spectrum, lost customers and revenue to adrenalized TMobile. Soak Ma Bell for all you can cause she is going down. I’ve worked only 15-20 hours per week for the last 2-3 years and our org. is still hiring techs essentially to keep it that way. T pays techs a lot of money and we’re sitting around most of our days. Works for me, why leave when it’s a great arrangement!
Wow, what orgs are you people in? We are pulling 13 hour or more days to get the job done - people retired/resigned and no backfills yet.

I think probably most people work about 20-30 hours. There is nothing magical about 40 hours. As long as the network works, and customers stay addicted to their phones etc, the money keep pouring in. This is how it should be. Let the automation do the tedious stuff.

The reason I use dial up is because these LL's are not monitored. You dial into a modem pool and trading via etrade/ameritrade/fidelity is same speed as a high speed connection.
If you use a high speed connection then these connections are monitored by security.
I don't care to watch po-n but am intent on making bank on my daily trades and unmonitored dial up via Land Line is perfect.
dial up from a fax machine? Get yourself an office at MTSO where you can just plug right in to a high speed circuit like I did. Watching p0rn all day baby!!!

Same here. I spend 40 hrs per week sitting at my desk writing orders, probably working 2 hrs per day.
I take my laptop to work, managing my sprinkler bs and daytrading using a dialup LL connection connected to our fax machine.
Most of the women around here show up around 9am, take two - 1 hr breaks with 2 hr lunches and leave at 4pm and visit co-workers and waste about 2 hrs daily "visiting" around.
All told, we are here to collect a paycheck but not dedicated to earn it and I'd guess that any female 2nd level and above use the fish to get a-head or give it!
