Hans Vestberg Presents at 2021 UBS Global TMT Conference

Q - John Hodulik
So Hans, obviously, a pretty eventful year here in 2021. Can you give us a sense for as we look out to '22, what your priorities are for the company over the next 12 months?

Hans Vestberg
Now rolling into '22 is, of course, an exciting year for us. We have been building now for 3 years our strategy, our network and service strategy together with all the different potential -- or the different vectors of growth we have So of course, all of them are in full execution. And that's we're excited for.
So first of all, the network that we are building, this year continue to develop. And of course, we're going to launch a C-band next year. So we basically are going to have a fantastic network all the way from the best 4G network, the most modern and the most best-performing 5G network with both millimeter wave and the C-band. So that is, of
course, exciting. The team is working 24/7.
And then looking into our opportunities then is, of course, all the way from the 5G adoption, everything we're doing in the -- on the 5G side is very exciting. We're probably going to talk about it. Then, nationwide broadband that we're
going into next year is also very exciting for us given the assets we have.
The value segment, we just closed TracFone. We are now coming in with a fresh million value customers, which is also very exciting. Then we have the network monetization, working with MVNOs on top of our network, which also is adding to our profitability and our return on investment, our capital invested. And finally, we have the old 5G
mobile edge compute and the industrial IoT and everything we're doing there.
So 5 different vectors of growth based on the network of service going into '22. We have everything that we now decided that we needed in Verizon 2.0, which was our sort of strategy that we laid out in 2018. So I couldn't be more excited about 2022 than I've been. And you remember at the Investor Day already, last year or this year '21, I
guess, we started a guide that we are confident that we can grow our wireless service revenue going forward, going to 3, and then over time going to 4. So all that is adding to that. So no, I have to say '22 is an important year, and we feel really excited about it.

Hanz should present this… Verizon has been a Toxic work environment ever since Hanz took over.
All he cares about is Outsourcing, Offshoring, VSP, RIF aka Layoffs in order to remove the most tenured, talented higher paid employees, in order to pay for 5ghee. This was an Employee first, People first company, but not anymore
Verizon is now the toxic, cesspool of a typical corporation who only cares about $$$ & share holders.

If u don't like Verizon, leave !
Work hard and build new skills and get a new job outside.
If u can't get a new job, then be thankful for having a job !
