Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

something to think about!

I never cease to be amazed at the way that Cisco wants to be the one who determines what information we have access to. Yet it is also a big proponent of a particularly unpatriotic form of zabernism. Do you see something wrong with that picture? What I see is that Cisco possesses no significant intellectual skills whatsoever and has no interest in erudition. Heck, it can’t even spell or define erudition, much less achieve it. There is reason to fear that inane, crafty nithings will turn me, a typically mild-mannered person, into a confused, irrational vat of mysticism when you least expect it. I’m not going to say why; we all know the reason.

AI trolling. The thing is that while grammatically correct, blurbs generated by GPT-3 are instantly recognizable.

OP makes some very valid points. I was in inside sales in RTP we had this guy Bill he was our VP (check him out at Sprinklr now) back in the days of voice mail this guy used to record voice mails to himself then forward them to us. So we had to listen to his preamble talking about the voice from him that he was forward to us, or something like that.

Seems like a word fascination.
I have my issues with CheeseCo; However, you lost your point.

Cisco had many many talented people. The influx of SF.com did not help as they all came in at high levels. Start your timers and get your money out within 3 yrs as the echoing of incompetence finally settles into the intended sludge of wokedness.
