Vax proof in USA

What is the latest with Cisco's position on uploading our Vaccination cards in the USA?

Sure there is debate about Cisco being overly aggressive in getting those Vax card images from employees, and the subjective interpretation of Federal Judge rulings, but still.......

I am one of the non-notified who is getting tossed out at some point, so should I still bother uploading my vax card? Which method of getting tossed out should I try for?

Finding a lawyer to take a case is easy. Actually fighting and winning it is completely different. They’ll soak up your wealth at $600 per hour.

I'd suggest a new lawyer. These cases are being taken by many and succeeding - not everyone will take these cases, but plenty enough great lawyers will.

Lawyer was very clear. “You live in a right to work state”. He would not entertain a case.

At his point I would go straight to an employment lawyer. At least you could try for the lost 10 yrs years of salary that you are being denied in light of the various court rulings.

Try the lawyer.
