Um, it's two reasons; one, bofa FORCING people to get vaccinated and back into the office. Two, monetary compensation.
It's not brain surgery. Pay people better and stop forcing d-mb policies on people like being vaccinated against their will just so they can return to the office when it's been proven people work more efficiently when working from home.

My reasons for opposing RTO are (1) working from wherever flexibility (2) better benefits.
If you’re unhappy with your paycheck you probably should have stayed in school or been better looking and more powerful as a man. Complaining makes you sound like a creampie.
I guess the nov 15th termination date was not upheld.
I never reported my vax status, my reason... Why? They never cared when people walked in with pink eye or one with varicella that we had once, we even had someone bring scabies from another country and never stopped working, management was fully aware, so what's the fuss now asking people for medical history. I get a notice every day that I'm out of compliance. Still stats are great, I am working more than everyone else like always in the office and from home. We'll see what happens.

It is true that many companies are trying to eliminate their most incompetent employees under the guise of mandates of some kind.
These companies see an opportunity and they take it.

Most of the jobs I left were because I got bored, didn't feel challenged and wanted to learn more. This vax/no-vax is a joke....
