From the Texas EO and recently released news : "or any other personal reason for exemption." PERSONAL REASON.

"Why would anyone downvote an informational post"

I just did for the heck of it. Who do upvotes on this sh1tboard matter to anyway? You're not getting a trophy for the most liked post you know.

"Clearly you are not in the legal department. "

Are you?

Clearly you are not in the legal department. The link to the TX letter merely states that a company can’t force a person to get the vaccine- and mandates the company process any exception requests in good faith. However it does not prohibit the company from sh*t-canning you. This is supported by the paragraph that explains you will be eligible for unemployment benefits if let go.

What is the point of being jerks? Do you get a sick thrill from it? I never understood trolling. Seems like psychopathy.

Anyway, if you actually read what is on the site, companies can be prosecuted for violating the Texas EO. There is information regarding all of this here: https://www.twc.texas.gov/files/businesses/commissioner-letter-covid19-vac-mandate-120821-twc.pdf

Weird. Why would anyone downvote an informational post. If it doesn't pertain to you, move along.
