And the proof is moving jobs to destinations where DEI isn't a consideration or is substantially less important. They favor low cost.
They don't care about people of color. They care about their bottom lines. Those DEI pitches are all to cover their a-s after the DOL busted them for underpaying women and POC after an audit from a few years ago. Even that pledge to hire more POC, that's nothing. Puppets who will do all the layoffs.
Are you saying there is too little DEI, or too much for your taste? Hard to tell what you are saying.
Especially using "soy" as a slur for . . . people who care about other people?
