Additional Space at Hudson Yards NYC?

Article in Wall Street Journal says that Wells Fargo has notified Hudson Yards landlord that they need more space in that building. I guess we need space for more corporate executives?

isn't that some of the most expensive office space in the world? Is this the best use of shareholder money? I mean the stock price is still below where it was when he joined. So far he's lost shareholders money and seems like reading this forum he's pi---d off a whole lot of employees.
