Any rumors on this? HR head had said they would give 30 day advanced warning.

Back in office all the time, I got my matching papers. With new CDC announcement yesterday you may not even get 5 days off with a positive c19 test. Masks? Nah. CDC said that too. Source: NY Times
Hans and the new HR head was supposed to appear on Up to Speed on Monday with an update. It was canceled.
@1cor+1edJ9nk8 We’re supposed to trust a person who doesn’t know the difference between to and too?
Never going back to the office. I will work from home forever. If Verizon tries to force the issue, I will go elsewhere. My software engineering skills are in high demand.
Quit the crying, yes working from home has been awesome. But feb 5 it will stop and we will return too the office. Enjoy the last weeks of it. If WFh continues more and more jobs will sneak over too the India lines and soon our jobs will be lost.
The new work from home setup has brought up a lot and I mean a lot of benefits to the co. Employees have been found to be more productive, work more hours with same pay, less commute so more time to focus, less office building maintenance. Etc. This new model is being applied across many enterprise and it is not only a VZ thing. Normally my shift would start at 9am, I wake up at 6am by 6:30 I am already reading my emails and going over pending things....as long as the work gets done
If they make me wear a mask in the office, even if vaccinated, Im not going back to the office.
During Covid and Work From Home, I worked an average of 2 hours per day. The rest of the day I watched TV. This is the perfect do nothing for high pay job. Im not going back to the germ infested, Covid transmitting office.
This would also include the work based employees not just hybrid depts.
By return to office do you mean the hybrid schedule days in office being mandatory instead of optional? They said that would be announced January at the soonest.
