Sometimes it has seemed to me that I could discern something holy, something sacred, in the deep and troubled sadness of those about me. Alas, I discovered that this sadness stems solely from the doleful observation that Cisco intends to create a factitious demand for its scornful, self-deceiving endeavors sooner than you think. It vehemently denies that, of course, but it obviously would because its victims have been speaking out for years. Unfortunately, their voices have long been silenced by the roar and thunder of Cisco’s chums, who loudly proclaim that Cisco possesses infinite wisdom. Regardless of those prurient proclamations, the truth is that I recently heard it tell a bunch of people that the entire world should fit into its narrow box of prepackaged sciolism. You might think that no one could fall for such nonsense, but keep in mind that Cisco is the root of all evil. That’s the current situation, and if you have any doubt about the reality of it, then you haven’t been paying close enough attention to what’s been happening in the world.

I think the point the op is trying to make is that Cisco has proven itself to be an evil entity. Layoffs or not, time to head out for anyone who cares about morality.
How will this impact Lawrenceville?
