Sometimes I think that the leadership does not even know what it wants from this company. I don't think they have a goal or a vision. How else to explain so many reorgs one after another, after which it only gets worse, and little or nothing changes for the better?

The reason the people get promoted is because they kiss a-s. It's not about how hard you work its about who you know and what you say.
I’m constantly seeing people who have been with the company a short period of time getting bumped up to higher grade levels while people who have been with the company 20+ years can’t. In the meantime these people with less experience can’t understand a claim but we will make them a grade 27 and have them represent UHC as a provider advocate. Makes absolutely no sense. They should be embarrassed
I heard the layoffs
For the reorg this season begin the week of 12/13/2021.
Executive leadership has to look like they are doing something. So reorgs are the go to every year. Do not pay attention to any of their garbage if possible.
Reorg aren’t about the type of change you or others envision. It’s about changing the profit margin for the stockholders.
