The company is no longer requiring workers to be vaccinated if they work remotely and don't have to travel or meet customers or be on site.

Here, I fixed it for you, using your numbers:
29M deaths / 7.9 billion people = 0.37% chance of death.
99.6% chance of survival.
God, you're fu----g stupid. My point was the person who said it was a 0.00189% world wide death rate. By your corrected math, you're still showing a 0.4% death rate. 0.4% is a huge # compared to 0.00189%. It's 3 orders of magnitude greater than the number I was trying to say was wrong.
How is a 'virus' with a .00189% worldwide death rate over 2 YEARS! even news?
I got my 2nd jab on Tuesday so at least I can now go see customers
"confidently say that receiving mRNA "
The majority of all deaths are unvaccinated individuals. Not hard to see....look a black helicopter is over my house.
too late, i got vaxxed as i feared being fired. up yours ELT!
All of sales will still end up needing to be vaccinated...you can continue without in person meetings with customers as long as the competitors do that same. Everyone is starting to visit again in person. I'm certain as we move forward in CY22 this will become an issue for a small percentage of those in the field that are not vaccinated. When most of your pay is commissions you will do what it takes and when Joe Competitor is onsite we will have to follow.
I'm happy to see the mandate adjusted. If she has any decency and self respect, Fran and the head of legal should resign over this. Robbins isn't coming out of this unscathed. He really could have used better judgement in the first place rather than blindly following hard-line advice.
Those of us that said the mandate wouldn't work were right.
Great. Now how about fixing all the damage that was done earlier.
Oh, wait, what about all those who were coerced into it?
Chuck really should fire HR and LEGAL execs.
Yup. Just checked the FAQs. Completely changed.
